Expensive for little product

I was shocked at the size of the jar 59 ml for $125 this is not going to go far extremely expensive for such little product ,I expected the jar to be bigger for the price

I was desperate and was constantly searching for a cream/ointment that would help me. I've developed a severe case of excema in my ears and not even cortisone worked.
